From India to Austria to America, many countries across the world suddenly started facing the problem of blue screens on Windows systems. Due to this, people’s work started stopping on a large scale. Due to problems in Microsoft’s servers, services from banks to broadcast channels stopped all over the world.
Due to this problem, there has been a lot of difficulty in flying on a large scale. Maximum flights are getting delayed and many flights have even been cancelled. Many Windows users are seeing Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error. Due to this problem, people have started sharing posts on social media platforms also. This problem is happening after updating Crowd Strike. A large number of people are being affected by this problem. It is being told that a problem exists in Microsoft’s Asure Cloud and Microsoft 365. Microsoft said that we are aware of this issue and we have also formed our own team to solve this problem.
Preliminary root Cause: A configuration change in a portion of our Azure backend workloads, caused, an interruption between storage and compute resources which resulted in connectivity failures that affected downstream Microsoft 365 services dependent on these connections.
CrowdStrike, which works with Microsoft, is also aware of this problem. Crowd Strike is a cyber security company, that works with many computers and laptops around the world. Crowd Strike released an update at around 10.15 am this morning. This update was done in CrowdStrike Telak software.
After the arrival of this update, the laptop shut down and the screen started turning blue with the message – ” Your PC ran Into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you”. This process itself is called the Blue Screen of Death.
If you are also affected by this problem, then to solve this problem you will have to follow one of the steps given by the company –
First, the user must boot Windows in Safe Mode or Windows Recovery Environment.
After this they
— Have to go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Corodstrike\ directory.
After this the- S-00000291*.sys file has to be found and deleted.
– After that, you will have to restart your system.
CrowdStrike has acknowledged the error and said, “Our Engineers are actively working to resolve this issue and there is no need to open a support ticket.” The company will update the users once this issue is resolved.
The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is a critical error screen on Windows operating systems.
